This policy establishes the nature of our relationship regarding your privacy and my access to your private information. It is a critical, necessary, and likely the most boring part of the website.

I collect and store your email address for the express purpose of reaching out to you through newsletters or other communications directly from me and no one else. I use the Wix platform and they store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

I do not and will not transfer your address to any third party for any reason whatsoever. I value your email address as a gift from a friend. You are my reader and I am honored by your trust in me.

But you don't have to take my word for it. As an added layer of assurance, I have added a link in the footer 'Do Not Sell My Personal Information'. Click there to activate your claim to privacy.

If you wish to end communication with me, there is (and the law requires) an ‘Unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of all my newsletters and communications. You click on the link, and our relationship is over. I may ask for your reasons, but you are not required to give them. In addition, you can use the ‘contact’ form to withdraw your consent. No tearful, rambling, 3 AM messages.

If your contact info changes, please let me know through the ‘Contact’ form. You can also contact me, just to say ‘hello’ and give me the news of the world as I create worlds of my own.

While on this site, the software measures and collects session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. It does not detect your name, location, age or shoe size or any other details. It will note that the site visitor stayed one minute and twelve seconds on the ‘Contemporary’ page and left after seven minutes. I use this information to make my website more functional and interesting. Should this site include a shop (Shopify or other simple online store), your personal financial data will not be visible to me and remains with a verified third party (Shopify or the like).

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy, so please review it from time to time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you in a newsletter that it has been updated.
